Refund & Return Policy
1. Order Confirmation & Custom Products
All orders are digital custom designs printed to order as shown on PrintPromp—no generic stock.
Once print production begins, orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable, unless there are print errors or damaged shipment conditions.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with:
Defects (e.g., misprint, colour fading, poor alignment),
Damage during transit,
Incorrect product (wrong size, color, design),
Please:
Contact us via email or the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation
We’ll assess your claim and may request the defective product returned (at our cost)
If confirmed, we’ll offer:
A full replacement (printed again), or
A full refund against the order value.
3. Change of Mind & Fit Issues
Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns due to:
Change of mind,
Size/fitting issues (e.g., picked wrong size),
Colour choice regret,
Design preference change.
Please consult our size chart and preview tools carefully before placing orders.
4. Return Process
For accepted returns (damaged/wrong item), we’ll provide:
A prepaid shipping label,
Instructions for packaging and drop-off.
The replacement item ships once we receive the return or after visual proof of the damage.
5. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds (for damaged/incorrect items) processed within 14 business days of return request confirmation.
Refund methods:
Original payment method,
Or store credit if preferred.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when we are at fault.
6. Order Delays & Shipping Issues
Standard delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch. International shipping may take longer.
If delays exceed estimates, please contact us—we’ll investigate with delivery partners.
For lost parcels (courier liability):
A replacement or refund will be issued after confirmation from the courier service.
7. Warranty & Quality Guarantee
We guarantee high-quality materials and printing.
Colour/print wear is covered for up to 30 days from delivery. Please send photos if issues arise within this window.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, due to custom nature.
If exchange is needed (e.g., size or design change), place a new order and request a refund (if eligible) on the original.
9. Limitations & Legal Compliance
Policy applies solely to orders placed on PrintPromp in India.
Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
We reserve the right to refuse/refund/cancel orders not adhering to policy or found fraudulent.
